Our client is a global and one of the renowned contractors in the oil and gas industry. Their activities are mostly related to EPC/EPCI for onshore/offshore projects are looking for Lead Inspection Engineer with proven experience in site inspection lead for Static/Pressure equipments on Oil & Gas projects.
Project Details:
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Start date: Immediate
Type of Contract: Direct Hire
Duration: Long Term-Unlimited
Status: Resident-Single
Desired Profile:
-Bachelor of Science or Master Degree - French Engineer Level
-Atleast 5 years as site inspection lead with a strong knowledge of pressure equipment in oil & gas or refinery
-Proficient in English (Written/Oral)
Brief Description:
-Lead an inspection engineering team of 5 people - engineer level
-Organize the inspection engineering activities with the project engineer in respect of the progress measurement and the project dead lines
-Approve all deliverables before delivery
-Ensure the quality level of the team and control and improve the efficiency of the methodology
Type of equipments covered in the inspection scope are:
-Vessels & other Static equipment (Eg.Pressure vessel,tank,exchanger,etc)
-Pipe (Pipeline,Piping...)
-Safety Device (pressure safety valve,Thermal Safety valve,bursting disc..)
-Corrosion Monitoring (Electrical Resistance probe,corrosion coupon...)
-Cathodic protection systems.
Technical Knowledge:
-Knowledge of API 560, 581 and 571
-Knowledge of the international system for the pressure equipment (vessels, tanks, piping...)
