As a result of our continued growth we are recruiting for the position of Technical Instructor to be based in the UAE.
Job Summary:
To represent Weatherford Contract Drilling as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product lines that are used in drilling operations. The Technical Instructor will be familiar with the Competency Assessment Program (CAP) and use this as a tool to evaluate the current and future training needs throughout the company. This evaluation will facilitate the need to develop and tailor product line training to directly address competency gaps and concerns and ultimately the Technical Instructor will deliver this training on-site and/or at the Weatherford Technology and Training Centre.
Qualifications:
Administration skills required to maintain and update training documentation, and working knowledge of product lines and their operational requirements.
Training certificates verifying formal training of both administrative and technical skills
Experience:
Field experience working with the equipment in which the candidate will be responsible for.
Training certificates from the specific product lines in which the candidate will be responsible for.
