•     Must be able to manage a busy medical clinic.
•     Must have experience of general diagnosis.
•     Must maintain adequate levels of equipment and medication in the clinic and emergency transport vehicle.
•     Emergency response for all employees and contractors on site 24hrs a day.
•     Track all injuries and illnesses and maintain medical records, and report accordingly.
•     Build working relationship with local medical providers and assess capability of staff and facilities.
•     Manage all medevacs both within country and out of country.
•     Provide case management to all employees including accompanying them to local medical provider when required.
•     Actively participate in various aspects of our safety programs, such as safety meetings, safety teams, hazard identification, etc •  
•     Mentor and train Local National Medic and provide advice on required training as applicable.
•     Assist in the development of new medical procedures to support our operations.  
•     Conduct inspections of food service providers and operations.
•     Manage Fitness for Work program and maintain associated records.
•     Provide input into work restrictions as applicable.
•     Must be able to perform lifesaving procedures for extended periods of time without additional help.
•     Must be able to interpret ECGs.
•     Be able to transport a patient by road f or extended periods.
•     Must be able to intubate and ventilate.
•     Able to run a daily clinic for 500 + people.
•     Must have ALS/ACLS.
•     PHTLS or ITLS
•     Must have remote medical experience.
•     Must be a Paramedic or CMT1 (with proven track record of emergency situations and recent clinical experience)
•     There is limited medical support in country, therefore must be resourceful.
•     Must be prepared to be on call 24 hours a day, and respond to the radio or emergency pager on a regular basis.
•     Must be able to deliver first aid training.
