Job Description:
Pipeline Asset Integrity Director

LOCATION: Tulsa, OK / Oklahoma

The incumbent is responsible for directing and managing the development, implementation and maintenance of our client's Integrity Management and Risk Management Programs.

In addition the Director is responsible or providing direction and guidance to the company's facilities maintenance and corrosion control programs and for providing technical guidance to the development of the company's Geographic Information System.

REQUIREMENTS:

    * Bachelors Degree In Mechanical, Civil or Petroleum Engineering or the equivalent in experience is required.
    * 8 years of prior engineering experience within the pipeline industry is desired in order to gain knowledge of equipment, facilities, construction and corrosion control techniques,  Integrity Management Rule requirements and project management techniques.
    * Experience in risk assessment and risk management techniques as they apply to a pipeline company.
    * Experience in the supervision of other engineering personnel is required.
    * Knowledge of emergency and safety procedures, policies, documentation procedures, equipment operating parameters and all applicable DOT, FERC, EPA, DHS and OSHA requirements.
    * Utilize computer hardware, a relational database and demonstrate various levels of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio, ESRI, GIS and RDBMS software and other related engineering software to manage, records and analyze company information.
    * Knowledge of principles and practices involved in an objective, systematic examination of evidence, providing an independent assessment of an organization's processes and performance in order to provide information to improve public accountability and facilities decision making.
    * Knowledge of the policies and procedures involved in managing an organization's risk exposures to achieve its objectives in a manner consistent with public interest, safety, environment factors and/or the law.
    * Ability to identify and analyze potential risks, determine the probability and severity of consequences of their occurrence and optimize the use of organizational resources in managing such risks.
