The Company is the largest oil and natural gas producer in both Mississippi and Montana, owns the largest reserves of carbon dioxide (CO2) used for tertiary oil recovery east of the Mississippi River, and holds significant operating acreage in the Rocky Mountain and Gulf Coast regions.
Denbury has an immediate opening for an experienced Gas Plant Operator II - III for Riley Ridge, WY facility.
Currently seeking motivated candidates for a new gas plant under construction in SW Wyoming in Big Piney. Required Gas Plant Experience:
• 3 years prior gas plant experience with exposure to DCS operations
• OSHA PSM/EPA RMP programs
• H2S Operations
Basic/Required Qualifications
• 7 day on/7 off or equivalent schedule; private living accommodations provided while at work.
• Ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and overtime as required
• Understand P&ID's
• Digital Control Systems (DCS) operating experience
• Basic knowledge of compression, rotating equipment and refrigeration systems
Knowledge/Skills:
• Proficient process troubleshooting skills
• Proactive approach to decision making
• Proficient in MS programs (Word, Excel, Outlook...)
• Strong Communication skills
Valid driver's license required pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and random testing thereafter
