The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Defines along with management sales goals for the group.
- Coordinates specific sales plans for promotion of existing services and introduction of new services.
- Conducts seminars and advanced group studies, and participates in client presentations.
- Monitors the price structure and pricing levels.
- Recommends necessary changes, and appropriately presents price increases to customers.
- Makes regular client visits and follows up with operations management and Service Delivery Engineers.
- Ensures all operations are covered by legally sound client contracts.
- Assists in engineers' training in appropriate areas.
- Handles specials projects, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 4 years in sales and marketing.
- Clear understanding of the business strategy from pricing, products and competitors.
- Customer oriented.
- Ability to keep abreast of clients plans and problems and offer innovative quality solutions.
- Well informed of all matters concerning interpretation and sales techniques.
- Intermediate understanding of company strategy and quality management.
- Intermediate skill in project simulation and able to handle projects of medium - high complexity.
- Advanced skill in techniques, tools, processes and practices within area of expertise.
- Intermediate project management and decision making skills.
- Intermediate communication and mentoring skills.
- Basic outsourcing management skills.
