Job Description:

The Cost Estimator will generate the estimates for project base case scenario, as well as the alternate scenarios which will be developed and update the estimate(s) as the project moves through the subsequent stages. The estimator will perform its duties in accordance with cost estimating procedures. In addition to developing and maintaining the project estimate, the estimator is responsible for the benchmarking efforts for the project, to benchmark the project's estimates against other industry projects.
Upstream experience, especially in offshore subsea and / or drilling rig construction.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Extensive background in cost estimating and analysis. Must be detailed oriented and accurate. Must be able to effectively perform multiple complex tasks. Must have high standard of business ethics. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; both oral and written. Must work well under pressure. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, and able to learn specialized software quickly.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Minimum BA/BS and 10 years' experience
