* Supervising the daily accounting activities for all operational departments and reviewing costs from commitments through to invoicing,
* Monthly operational cost centre review
* Review of AFE's with department and project managers
* Working with the company planner on budget re-forecasting
* Reviewing inventory and fixed assets reconciliations
* Cash flow forecasting related to site needs
* Ensure internal controls are being met in line with company policies and procedures
* Involvement in cost recovery and partner audits

* Candidate to have 15+ years finance experience in an E&P company, including demonstrated ability in supervising staff
* Good understanding of E&P environments with respect to drilling, facilities and production
* Strong accounting and finance capabilities, including a professional accounting designation
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Experience with financial system software, preferably SunSystems and good Excel skills.
* Previous experience working in remote locations
