Position: Floorhand
This Company to being a leader in the oil and gas well servicing industry by providing services where they go above and beyond the customers' expectations, maintaining a safe work environment which meets the employees situations. Also having high expectations when it comes to ethics in accordance when it comes to conducting business. This company has been in business since 1992 which has grown to be the nation's 3rd largest well servicing contractors with more than 5,000 employees in 11 states. This company provides a full range of well side services that respond to every phase in the cycle of the well. Providing well repair, work over and completion services from 30 locations.
Job Description:
You will be responsible in assisting in all down hole tubing and associated equipment. Operate and maintain diesel motors, transmissions, power tools, pumps and drilling mud systems and mix mud chemicals. You will be responsible for reading and monitoring gauges and pressures, density's and adjust pumping procedures as required. You will also be handling all the drill pipe on the platform floor.
Qualifications:
- Must have Floorhand experience (at least 2 years)
- Have worked on workover or drilling rig experience
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR record
- No DUI's in 3 years, no more than 3 violations in ONE Year, NO PATTERNS
- Criminal cases are handled on a case by case basis
Schedule:
- You will be working a 3 week on 1 week off schedule
- 30- 40 hours of overtime depending on amount of work
Housing:
- Housing will be provided while you are working your 3 weeks on.
