POSITION SUMMARY:
You must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be a motivated self-starter, and be willing to relocate to North Dakota.
ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will ensure that all aspects of the projects are carried out in a safe manner. You will provide leadership in both design safety and site construction safety.
You will coordinate interfaces to maintain alignment between multiple stakeholders.
You will lead the planning, evaluation, design and execution of various field compression facilities and crude stabilization facilities.
You will manage the overall execution of equipment packages and modules from design through fabrication and on-site construction.
You will support field construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning efforts.
You will work directly and consistently with team members and contractors to ensure adherence to project standards, procedures, budgets and schedules.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 8 years related experience, including onshore oil and gas projects/operations.
Solid technical understanding of oil and gas processing, engineering and construction.
Good working knowledge of industry codes, standards and government regulations.
Experience influencing and managing contractor performance.
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple project assignments.
High level of self-starting initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Project and the MS Office Suite, and exposure to other relevant design software.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical or other engineering discipline with appropriate experience.
Advanced degree is preferred.
