Position Summary
Under limited supervision provides highly technical support or expertise, including commercial driver training. Provides lead instruction for the Truck Driving Academy classes, ensuring that the students meet the standards as established by all appropriate regulatory, credentialing and licensing agencies, including but not limited to the United States and Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Coordinating Board of Higher Education and the LSC.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Class "A" CDL in good standing.
At least 3 years over-the-road driving experience.
Clean MVR.
Ability to pass drug screen and DOT physical.
Hourly Rate
$37.80 per contact hour (not to exceed 19.5 hours per week).
