Our Global Client a Leading Operator are currently looking for a Senior Drilling Engineer, Due to continued growth of their business and a number of new contract wins they are expanding their Aberdeen based team. As Senior Drilling engineer you will be responsible To design, plan and carry out well operations safely, efficiently and cost effectively in accordance with the Company objectives. To comply with legislation and good oilfield practice.
The role:
To design a well and create a well programme in compliance with the Company Management System by analyzing offset data, generating and evaluation design options, assessing risk, preparing detailed design and programme documents, preparing Examination and Notification/Consent applications, preparing time and cost estimates, procuring services, equipment and materials and co-ordinating suppliers and service providers to meet the Client objectives for drilling, completing or working over the well. In addition assist in the preparation of commercial proposals for client bids and estimates.
Positions are available on either a contract or staff basis with Excellent rates of pay, and an attractive and very competitive benefits package if employed on a staff basis. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and skills of candidates
