XACT Downhole Telemetry Inc. has developed a revolutionary Acoustic Telemetry downhole tool providing Along String Measurements and data network. XACT is now in the final phases of commercialization with ongoing technology developments and are looking for exceptional individuals to join our R&M team and to participate in the growth of an exciting new company.
The Position
The successful candidate will work as a team member in the repair and maintenance of XACT's fleet of surface equipment and downhole tools in the Calgary facility (must live in immediate surrounding area).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must understand and practice XACT's work and safety procedures while maintaining current in all HSE training.
- Complete repair and maintenance of acoustic downhole and surface equipment.
- Complete assembly/disassembly of the acoustic tools.
- Maintain all required documentation in accordance with ISO.
- Available on a 24 hr on-call basis.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a downhole MWD/LWD R&M environment in a hands on role.
- A diploma in electronics technology.
