The client is an international oil and gas exploration and production company focused on frontier areas, most significantly in West Africa. They are looking for a talented, hard-working geophysicist with strong development and prospect skills to join their team. Their portfolio of assets and many successes boasts the discovery of the huge Jubilee Field in Ghana as well as in Cameroon and Morocco. Their aim is to continue their good work, grow the business and remain at the forefront of pioneering oil discoveries.
The ideal candidate will have:
-been educated to BSc level or above in a relevant subject e.g. Geology/Geophysics,
-have 10 years or more experience,
-Operator experience,
-AVO experience
-strong prospect generation skills
-W Africa experience is preferable but not essential.
