Job Description:
The Senior Sales Engineering / Sales Manager position is offered within UNITECH as a direct technical sales opening from our US office serving major engineering and Oil & Gas companies. The Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager will provide technical sales expertise to customers by producing commercial quotations, conducting technical presentations and attending project meetings when necessary.  
Additionally, interface with UNITECH's internal departments to ensure a timely project kick-off and execution focusing on getting the project through the execution phase. The primary objective is increasing sales, marketshares and company profits.

Primary Responsibility:

    • Provide technical and commercial support for the sales process.
    • Develop quotation and project execution standards, including standard specifications, price file, customer database, etc.
    • Prepare quotations in accordance with customer requirements, applicable technical standards and UNITECH's standard
       designs.
    • Negotiate with customers on technical issues that may impact current and future business.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 as well as other technical certifications and standards such as API / ANSI.
    • Interface with client to identify, propose and agree on UNITECH's scope of work.
    • Review technical specifications, terms & conditions for job proposal and contracts.
    • Responsible for creating, coordinating and conducting technical sales presentations.
    • Maintain awareness of state-of-the-art technology and market trends affecting company products and services, and
       recommend responsive actions.
    • Develop familiarity and knowledge of market and/or client specifications and document requirements.
    • Develop a working knowledge of company procedures, policies and software, and assist in improving company work
       processes.
    • Display a professional attitude and image toward the job, the client, and other disciplines, and promote the company to
       both internal and external clients.
    • Complete work in a timely manner.

Secondary Responsibility:

    • Support project execution where needed.
    • Participate in project close-out/lessons learned with clients.
    • Other duties as directed

Qualification Requirements:

    • B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Related Discipline.
    • 2+ years Sales or Engineering Related Experience.
    • Strong Organizational Skills and Detailed Oriented.
    • Strong Sales and Communication Skills.
    • Computer Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Act, etc).
