Small independent Exploration & Production Company is seeking a highly motivated Reservoir Engineer. Candidate's responsibilities include managing and directing reserve reporting to financial institutions, assist with analyses of new opportunity areas including acquisitions, design, prepare and execute data collection programs to obtain information required to analyze well performance. In addition a strong candidate should be able to use reservoir modeling to evaluate performance and determine potential for major development projects such as waterflood or infield drilling and provide technical and economic analysis of development plans as well as coordinate with development team members to ensure company goals are achieved. Qualifications include a broad background in reservoir Engineering Project related activities include data management, reserve reporting to financial institutions, job scope planning, development of ideas and marketing including technical presentations along with acquisition reviews and evaluations. A BS or MS degree in Petroleum Engineering from an accredited institution with 15+ years experience as a Reservoir Engineer is required. Reserve evaluation expertise along with a strong working knowledge of Aries windows and strong overall computer skills coupled with strong working knowledge of MS Office suite, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
