Partnering with our client, we are currently searching for 2 Deepwater Rig Clerks.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day offshore operations, maintenance, and project activity
• Manage the scale, pace and complexity of field operations that will be required to support drilling operations
• Ensure that offshore contractors are in receipt of sufficient information to be able to check that contractors can advise of shortfalls in sufficient time to implement corrective action
• Develop good working relationships with contracted freight and shipping agencies
• Develop and maintain personnel offshore mob/demob matrices
• Verify contractors' personnel training status with regard to be permitted to travel offshore
• Ensure a fully auditable reconciliation can be provided at project completion covering both Company and Contractor supply items
• Work with others to ensure a safe, reliable and efficient execution of all material and personnel movements

Essentials:

• TWIC required; will have to obtain if hired
• Marine and Aviation experience involving the movement of goods and personnel
• Knowledge of offshore drilling activity, specifically on drill ships/floaters
• Relevant work experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly logistics management
• Eligible to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship
