 This is an exciting opportunity to join Weatherford Drilling International, the contract drilling division of Weatherford International.

We are currently looking to recruit Field Support Technicians for our various operations worldwide.
The positions will be roving and on a 35/35 rotational basis.
Job Summary:
To provide technical onsite support on a global basis. To establish root cause analysis and compile detailed reports to their findings. To carry out rig audits to ensure that all maintenance personnel are maintaining all company owned and operated equipment in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance (PM) System. To carry out competency assessments on all maintenance personnel in line with company procedures. To provide onsite training and technical support to maintenance personnel.
Experience, Training and Certification Requirements:
New hires will preferably possess current experience as a Field Foreman or a specialist in his dedicated field of service.
A recognized qualification to a minimum of HNC / HND level with over 6 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
