 Description: JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design/ coordination of Company FPSO FEED contractor work as related to fixed equipment selection and design. Participation in discipline-related workshops (i.e. cost and schedule, topsides, operations, HES/HAZOP/HAZID etc.), and attend meetings with outside engineering consultants. Participation in EPCI technical bids preparation and evaluation in area of expertise Ensuring that the design meets the project performance requirements and Company safety, quality, and standards
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience:
10+ years experience and extensive knowledge of oil and gas facilities design. Proficient in the technologies relevant to the fixed equipment field. Demonstrated capability to handle complex and concurrent projects with multiple facets. Experience with Operator preferred. PE preferred
Preferred Skills:
Thorough knowledge of applicable industry codes and company standards and specifications related to the design, fabrication, inspection and testing of fixed equipment. Provides fixed equipment expertise to design, construct and modify complex systems. Experienced with bidding and award processes for major equipment items. Manufacturing contract oversight inclusive of managing all QA/QC, technical, cost, schedule, tracking and reporting.
EDUCATION:
BS in Mechanical Engineering MS-Optional
OTHER:
IIF mindset Exhibits open and effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated effectiveness in working with others in multifunctional, global team environment. Good interpersonal, team engagement and ability to influence across organization Location: Company downtown offices and Contractor Offices (within Houston Area) Travel: Local and other international locations (variable up to 20% during engineering)
