Great White Directional Services, an Archer Company, is seeking a seasoned Account Manager for our Permian Basin Operations. Based in Midland, TX, this position includes the following responsibilities:
• Identify and establish relationships with specific new client targets.
• Manages, supports, and services the account related needs of existing customer base.
• Develops a clear understanding of clients' technical needs, issues, and internal drivers.
• Interfaces with Operations to provide technical sales support to customers.
• Addresses client concerns and ensures the resolution of issues in a timely manner, including follow-up as appropriate.
• Communicates new service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through sales activity to company management.
• Retains accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers within an organization.
This position demands a high level of knowledge, skills, and abilities in order to fulfill job requirements. These may be practical, technical, or experiential, and may be obtained through any combination of education, experience, or training. Specific qualifications include:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of directly related sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of directional and horizontal drilling technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Self-directed and able to handle a large work load.
