High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
High school diploma plus two years of post-high school education
Two years of post-secondary  education in mechanics or electronics or two years' previous experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
Dedication to teamwork
Physically fit, ability to work in a variety of challenging weather conditions
Ability to pass drug  and alcohol screen for successful candidates
Willingness to travel and potentially relocate
Field positions require staff to work a 15 day on / 6 day off (or similar) rotation with variable shifts
Finely tuned leadership abilities for supervisory positions
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Mechanically inclined, technically savvy, career minded and safety conscious
