 Description: Southwestern Energy Company is a rapidly growing, independent producer of domestic natural gas, an important natural resource that helps fuel our nations economy while playing a critical role in America's quest for energy independence. Southwestern Energy Company began operating in Arkansas 80 years ago. We now produce primarily natural gas from more than 4 million acres of land and have expanded our operations into Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Canada. We also engage in natural gas gathering and marketing activities in our core market areas in support of exploration and production activities. We are currently looking for an HSE Coordinator in our Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania office.
Primary Responsibilities: Engineering/Operations/Construction Facility Design HSE review Property Acquisition and Divestiture (Environmental Assessment) Air Permitting, Reporting, Stack Testing, Inspection Coordination Waste Management ,Corps of Engineers compliance/permitting HSE Safety Meeting/Training/Recordkeeping HSE Program Support ;OneCall/Damage Prevention Preconstruction Environmental Review Process RAPPS/BMPs, Trench Safety ,Contractor Safety Management, Site Inspections, Hydrostatic Discharge , Hot Work Permitting, Incident Investigation
Skills required: Bachelor of Science degree in Science or Engineering (Environmental or Safety discipline preferred) Oil and Gas and/or Pipeline experience required Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (Specifically Pennsylvania) Knowledge of OSHA regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills
