• Provide direct risk management support to the Appraisal team including project, program and AGM
• Coach Appraisal team members on the risk management process
• Develop and maintain Appraisal risk management plans
• Facilitate risk workshops
• Identify, develop and document risks and risk management plans (some coaching, some hands-on)
• Work with project teams to ensure that risks are integrated in cost and schedule deliverables
• Support team in the development of risk management content in project deliverable documents (i.e. Appraisal Plan, Decision Support Packages, etc.)
• Monthly risk reporting and analysis
• Oversee risk management process for the Appraisal team and identify opportunities for improvement as needed
• Align risk management process to standards
• Provide backfill support for other Project Services roles as needed (cost and schedule)

• Candidates must have direct project experience and demonstrate:
• Strong project management, writing, interpersonal and computer skills
• Initiative and ability to engage project teams and lead risk management efforts
• Working knowledge of risk management practices
• Exposure to project controls disciplines (cost and schedule)
• Experience in Oil & Gas and contractor management also desired.

Four year college degree preferred or proven experience equivalent.
