We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to help support our Conway, Arkansas clientele. This person will interact with customers daily and help to maintain and build our client base throughout the Arkansas region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for initiating and maintaining business relationships with customers
• Maintain professional relations with customers as well as others within company (weekly conference calls)
• Report customer feedback to others within company
• Communicate ideas both verbally and in written form
• Know and understand Sub Surface Tools Quality Policy
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in outside/field sales is required
• Previous oil and gas/energy industry experience is required
• Ability to work autonomously without direction
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid local driver's license
