To top it off, you'll help us build environmentally responsible solutions.
To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
**Significant experience as a general contractor/construction manager for industrial and/or commercial construction; experience with public works is strongly preferred and experience with refineries or other projects involving hazardous materials is a plus.
**Experience as a responsible managing employee (RME) and the ability to qualify as an RME in multiple states.
**Significant experience with client relationship management.
**Experience managing construction in multiple U.S. regions; the ideal candidate will have experience with projects in the Midwest.
**A demonstrated ability to effectively manage subcontractors, schedules, change orders and costs.
**Experience dealing with construction contracts and an understanding of contract law, including dispute resolution, claims processes, etc
**Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
**Strong project management and organizational skills.
**The ability to manage a construction management organization, including directing other Construction Managers and field staff.
