Signa Engineering is currently searching for a Drilling Engineer. Our client is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable engineer for their project. The candidate will work form the office and assist with overseeing the project.
We have structured our team to include personnel with experience and accomplishments within their disciplines and key knowledge that mesh with the regions in which they serve. We devote our time to people that can handle the technical as well as the operational pieces of the business. We will look at both drilling and production personalities. Lastly, you need to have a good attitude.
Drilling Engineer:
• Supervise drilling operations.
• Prepare AFE's for drilling projects.
• Determine and provide best practices to achieve optimum drilling performance
• Precise and accurate well designs for drilling activities
• Offer technical assistance to staff to ensure the completion of each well
• Monitor drilling costs to identify areas of improvement
Requirements:
• BS Degree in Engineering (Petroleum)
• Minimum of 15 years of petroleum engineering experience emphasis on DRILLING
• Must have UBD, MPD. MUD Cap drilling experience
• Registered P.E. is preferred
• Must be able to work and effectively communicate within multi-disciplinary teams
