Job Description:

 This position offers you the opportunity to supervise a staff of engineers working on a range of challenging projects including smaller designs to multi-million dollar capital projects. You'll use your talent to help drive a continuous development initiative for your team members as well as work on the capital plan with your direct supervisor. You'll enjoy a limited amount of hands-on work, but will spend the lion's share of your day supervising with an eye on growth and improvement. This is a highly visible position that can challenge you for years to come, or place you squarely on the path to career advancement.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil or Architectural Engineering; Chemical Engineering will be considered if combined with strong project management experience.
- A minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience, directly managing at least three people.
- Significant success as a project manager, preferably in an industrial plant environment.
- Skill and experience building successful teams. Knowledge of the Lominger Team Effectiveness Tools would be a plus.
- An eye on continual improvement and the ability to develop your direct reports.
