Qualifications include monitor and maintain vessel stability while ensuring vessel is maintained in accordance with policy, procedures and regulations; operate and monitor ballast system to maintain vessel stability; operate and monitor mooring and hull marine system; maintenance of life saving and firefighting equipment; perform regulatory audits, load management and fire drills; maintain marine logs and maintenance records.

Current USCG Ballast Control Operator certifications, USCG approved stability/load management certifications required.
