Principal Engineer - Mechanical

• Plans, conducts and directs research and/or development work on complex projects necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches
• Monitors long and short term industry trends, evaluating existing product lines for performance in advancing technology
• May train customers in installation, utilization and maintenance of equipment
• Educates, mentors and provides technical guidance to other engineers and project leaders
• May lead projects and is accountable for capital and expense costs, resource requirements, establishment of project schedule and deliverables
• Represents the organization in external forums
• Works with wide latitude for un-reviewed action and decision-making

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.S., M.S. or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years related experience
