The Chief Electrician is the person appointed by Rowan to have overall charge and responsibility for the maintenance of electrical equipment, instrumentation and all automated control systems on the installation. The Chief Electrician coordinates all modifications with the Rowan Electrical Engineering and Technical Departments. The position has management responsibility for the health, safety and welfare for all activities that are electrical in nature.
