 Unconventional Shale Drilling Engineer, Degree required (Multiple Positions)

An E&P company located in South Texas is seeking a Drilling Engineer (Multiple Positions) to add to their team.
To qualify for this Direct Hire position, you must have:
- A Bachelors Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of Experience as an Operator.
- Experience with Casing and Well Design for UNCONVENTIONAL Shale Oil and Gas Wells.
- Directional Drilling experience as well as with high pressure, high temp, assembly design, torque and drag modeling.
Must have a Petroleum Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Drilling design and engineering
Drilling Engineer with E&P experience. MUST HAVE at least 5 years in Horizontal Drilling with unconventional shale plays.
They must have experience in designing wells, working with the completions and workover professionals in the field on delivery of the wells, cost estimates, planning and permitting etc.
Experience in: Mud Systems, directional drilling, bottom hole assembly design, cementing and casing, monitoring torque, drag modeling, post drill evalutions, regulations and project execution.
Total years of experience 10-25+
Salary 180-195K tops
bonus 20% target, plus multiplier, so around 35%+
stock allocations

45% of total compensation is benefits and bonuses.
Total relocation packages provided.
