We are seeking a senior level mechanical engineer with experience in oil well drilling equipment design. The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Masters Degree preferred. The candidate will be part of a rotary steerable system development team and should have good analytical and problem solving skills. The position requires an individual skilled in creative product development. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work as an integral part of a multi-discipline design team. The individual must have extensive component and system design experience, good materials and fabrication knowledge, and be results driven. The candidate should have 5+ years design experience with experience with Solidworks and FEA analysis a plus.
The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to California's Central Coast.
