Field Manager Baker Hughes serves the worldwide oil and natural gas industry with reservoir consulting and products and services for drilling, formation evaluation, completion and production. We are currently recruiting for a Field Manager to join the Baker Hughes team within our Upstream Chemicals product line for Estevan, Saskatchewan. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Manage assigned district contracts. Sell products and services to existing and new customers. Help build sales territories and develop strong customer relationships. Develop and maintains sales strategies, and implements changes for business accounts. Summarize monthly activities by reporting and documenting all pertinent data. Proactively discovers and communicates the clients' strategy and direction to management. Handles special projects, as assigned. Successful applicants will possess the following: Skills/Knowledge Good understanding of product line(s)/service(s) in operational area. High level of motivation, well-developed interpersonal skills, dependability, strong organizational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail. Strong PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of company's business practices and policies.
