Job Description:
|
Role Synopsis
Act as team lead on technology specific review boards and/or supervisor of reliability team.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Actively engage during Engineering and Design reviews.
Supervise the generation and interpretation of specific advanced analytical data.
Demonstrate stand alone root cause analysis on all assigned technologies.
Facilitate the creation of Cause Maps across technologies.
Under broad direction, analyze appropriate data to monitor fleet performance.
Create single technology business key performance indicators as required.
Participate in major interdisciplinary continuous improvement projects.
Technical approval role in deviation waiver request process across product line.
Provide instruction and knowledge transfer to the Reliability community and work with the Curriculum Manger to develop new learning material and act as reviewer as required.
Act as a subject matter expert to Operation and Supply chain customers for specified technologies.
Act as a mentor to junior Engineers and reliability specialists.
Co-write internal & external technical presentations and publications for specified technology.
Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Basic Qualifications
Successful completion of reliability EDP program.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science and 3 years of experience.
Good analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to work and communicate well with others.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Masters of Engineering degree preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
Previous experience in presenting detailed and technical information.
Other
Willingness to travel internationally.
