Coiled Tubing Operator

We are currently recruiting for Coiled Tubing Operators, to join the Baker Hughes team supporting our Pressure Pumping product line in Red Deer, Alberta as well as Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all Workplace Safety, Environmental and National Safety Code policies and regulations are adhered to
Frequent driving of large trucks over all outdoor terrain and conditions
Attend pre‐job safety meetings on location
Establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues
Inspect and configure equipment for jobs
Rig‐up (assemble) BOP's, Injectors, etc
Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner
Rig‐out (disassemble) all equipment for travel and follow travel plans to next event
Perform maintenance operations to units and auxiliary equipment
Confer with Supervisor and crew on any operational deficiencies
Experience & Skills:
High school graduate (Preferred)
Valid Class 1 or 3 license with Q endorsement with capability of driving all company vehicles
Coiled Tubing experience an asset
Physically fit
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong interpersonal skills
Good time management skills
Good spoken and written communication skills
Capable of working without direct supervision
Willing to train or be trained by colleagues
Has the ability to learn and retain knowledge and to convey knowledge to others
Working Conditions:
Contract - 15-6 or 21-14 rotation
Full Time Commuter - 15-6 or 21-14 rotation
Full Time Locat - 15-6 rotation
