Job Description:

DUTIES
Accountable for production, financial and operating results.
Accountable for operations safety performance and environmental compliance.
Requires experience with emergency response and the Incident Command system.
Ensures compliance with OSHA, NPDES, Air Emissions, Oil Spill, Waste Handling, Hazardous Materials Transportation, and other pertinent governmental regulations.
This position is responsible for the management of several field operations supervisors and an overall organization of approximately 100 field personnel.
Responsible for all field operating activities related to on/offshore facilities. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Prepares and recommends budgets to Sr. Management and Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Position recommends, manages and implements development and operating plans for assigned offshore and onshore facilities.
Requires good understanding of gas and liquid processing (including hydrogen sulfide), rotating equipment, and various artificial lift methods.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a BS degree in Engineering
Must hav 15+ years of Oil & Gas Industry experience.
Must have significant Operations personnel, administrative management, and training experiences. This includes management of field supervisors and their operator personnel.
Must have on and off-shore operations experience.
