Job Title:Flowback Operator II
Region:Northeast
Division:Select Well Testing (SWT)
Location:Morgantown, WV
Reports To:Regional Operations Manager

Summary: This position is for an advanced flowback operator. Individual must have a clear understanding of wellsite rig-ups and rig-downs and a general knowledge of flowback equipment and operations. Individual must have completed and participated in all requirements for SSEE and Operator I satus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Ability to understand different customer job requirements
•General understanding of daily field tickets, pricing and completion procedures.
•Ability to go thru a job load out checklist and understand job requirements.
•Ability to lead on wellsite rig ups and rig downs per SWT standards and supervisor instruction.
•Ability to clean equipment (well fluids in sand separators, test separators etc) before returning to yard.
•Ability to lead in the repair and maintenance of flowback equipment.
•Ability to lead and instruct on wellsite data collection.
•Ability to enter and record data per customer requirements.
•Ability to understand and participate in proper tank measurement procedures.
•Ability to lead a pr and post-job JSA and safety meeting.
•Ability to operate and instruct on emergency shit-in procedures and equipment.
•Ability to react to an emergency situation and have a clear understanding of the procedure when things go wrong.
•Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
•1-2 years experience working as an operator in the flowback service industry.
•High school diploma or better.
•Completion of SWT Safe Land training course.
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Strong understanding of data emailing and computers.
Job Requirements (Cont.):
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
•Ability to complete and maintain DOT classes and safe driving oractices.
•Demonstrated ability to be organized, flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
•Exhibit ability to be a strong team player.
•Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
•Ability to listen and comprehend instructions accurately to learn SWT processes, safety procedures, and equipment use.
•Must possess valid driver's license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select's insurance guidelines.
•Work with mentor (supervisor I or II ) to learn and accomplish a safe and professional SWT work environment.
Physical Demands:
•Ability to lift 50 lbs.
•Manual dexterity to operate specialized equipment.
•Ability to hear telephone conversations and speak clearly.
•Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
•Work in extreme hot and cold weather.
•Must stand for long periods of time
•Will be exposed to loud noise levels.
Work Environment:
•Rotational Schedule.
•Overtime as required.
•Will require overnight travel.
