Job Title: Flowback Operator I  
Region: Northeast
Division: Select Well Testing (SWT)
Location: Morgantown, WV
Reports To: Regional Operations Manager

Summary:  This position is for an entry level flowback operator. Individual must have a clear understanding of wellsite rig-ups and rig-downs and a general knowledge of flowback equipment and operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    •Ability to understand and participate in wellsite rig ups and rig downs per SWT standards.
    •Must have a clear understanding and ability to participate in equipment setup and operations.
    •Ability to participate in the repair and maintenance of flowback equipment.
    •Ability to clearly understand and participate in wellsite data collection.
    •Understand and participate on computer and data software.
    •Ability to understand and participate in proper tank measurement procedures.
    •Ability to participate in safety meetings and have a clear understanding of JSA documentation.
    •Complete understanding of proper emergency shut-in procedures.
    •Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

    •6 months to 1 year of experience working in the flowback service industry.
    •High school diploma or better.
    •Completion of SWT Safe Land training course.
    •Strong communication and customer service skills.
    •Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
    •Ability to complete and maintain DOT classes and safe driving oractices.
    •Demonstrated ability to be organized, flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    •Exhibit ability to be a strong team player.
    •Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
    •Ability to listen and comprehend instructions accurately to learn SWT processes, safety procedures, and equipment use.
    •Must possess valid driver's license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select's insurance guidelines.
    •Work with mentor (operator II pr supervisor ) to learn and accomplish a safe and professional SWT work environment.

Physical Demands:

    •Ability to lift 50 lbs.  
    •Manual dexterity to operate specialized equipment.  
    •Ability to hear telephone conversations and speak clearly.  
    •Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
    •Work in extreme hot and cold weather.
    •Must stand for long periods of time
    •Will be exposed to loud noise levels.

Work Environment:

    •Rotational Schedule.
    •Overtime as required.
    •Will require overnight travel.
