Job Title: Supervisor  I
Region: Northeast
Division: Select Well Testing (SWT)
Location: Morgantown, WV
Reports To: Regional Operations Manager

Summary:  To supervisor SWT wellsite flowback operations, being involved with customer relations in regard to equipment specifications, location setup, drill out and flowback procedures and reporting procedures.  Insure quality control and safe operations during all aspects of the operation. This individual must have completed and participated in all requirements for SSE and Operations I and II status.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    •Ability to properly go through a job load out checklist and understand all customer and SWT job requirements.
    •Ability to manage and participate in job load outs in a safe manner.
    •Responsible for making/maintaining a safe work environment (including environmental compliance) for all location personnel when SWT is in operation mode.
    •Responsible for leading a pre and post-job JSA and safety meeting with customer and third part service companies.
    •Manage and advise all SWT personnel, third party service companies and customers of impending safety or environmental issues that may fall out of the range of SWT policies or standards.
    •Manage all employees on wellsite rig up and rig down procedures per costumers and SWT's requirements.
    •Communicate to all SWT wellsite employees their job duties.
    •Communicate directly to FOM or DM of any customer conflicts.
    •Manage the repair and maintenance of flowback equipment.
    •Responsible for all wellsite data collection, recording, and entering of data per customer.
    •Manage the rig down and clean up of equipment before returning to yard.
    •Ability to quickly respond to emergency situations and emergency shut-ins procedures.
    •Responsible for daily field tickets, pricing, and completion procedures, plus communication to SWT processor.
    •Work with SWT management to guide and advise on making a more safe and professional work environment.

Job Requirements:

    •3-4 years of flowback experience.
    •High school diploma or better.
    •Strong communication and customer service skills.
    •Complete understanding of Marcellus well completions.
    •Ability to motivate individuals from different organizations to focus on achieving a common goal.
    •Complete understanding of flowback principles, policies and standards.
    •Demonstrated ability to be organized, flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    •Exhibit the ability to work directly with customers and meet their job requirements.
    •Possess excellent written and verbal skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
    •Ability to manage multiple projects in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
    •Ability to work effectively with the use of a computer.  
    •Must possess valid driver's license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Select's insurance guidelines.

Physical Demands:

    •Ability to lift 50-60 lbs.  
    •Manual dexterity to operate specialized equipment.  
    •Ability to hear telephone conversations and speak clearly.  
    •Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.

Work Environment:

    •Rotational Schedule.
    •Overtime as required.
    •Will require overnight travel.
