 Must live in, near (60 mile radius), or relocate to area applying for. Positions available in various towns in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.
The Rig Supervisor will assist expediting his/her assigned rig crews into the field at the beginning of the workday. This may include assisting the crews in obtaining the supplies needed to complete the days activities, collecting work tickets from the previous days work, gathering additional equipment required, communicating any changes to the work plans for the current job and any requests made by the customer. The Rig Supervisor is required to make, have, and maintain good customer relations with those customers that his/her assigned rigs deal with on a daily basis. This may also include communications of customer requirements back to the rig crew on an ongoing basis. This position requires the ongoing maintenance and repair of the equipment associated with the work group and may require the supervisor to direct the work. The Supervisor's duties are to be performed according to the Company operating procedures in order to maximize the safety of all personnel at the work site and to efficiently perform the task.
Also looking for Heavy Workover Rig Managers in same operating areas.
