Business Development Manager - Oilfield Production Canonsburg, PA Duties/Responsibilities: Develops and implements strategic and tactical marketing plans for Baker Petrolite and Baker Centrilift business into new geographic area and/or introduction of new business into already established area. Communicates and works closely with other Baker Hughes product lines. May facilitate the formation of alliances or joint ventures. Assures strategies are consistent with overall objectives for the organization. Prioritizes product opportunities to maximize sales and profits. Monitors and evaluates programs and expenditures. May supervise personnel. Handles special projects, as assigned. Skills/Knowledge: Thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions. Thorough understanding of products/systems. Good business acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment. Education/Experience/Training: Bachelor's Degree. 8+ years work experience in marketing or operations.
