Job Description:

 Maersk Drilling is looking for experienced Senior Toolpushers for our High Efficiency Jack-Ups in the Danish, Dutch and British parts of the North Sea
Your primary tasks will be:
Responsible for ensuring a safe operation manned with competent personnel in all positions, working under qualified supervision in a healthy environment
Ensure that time is taken to maintain all equipment to continuously operate at a safe and efficient standard, to provide clear, clean, and safe work and living areas
Ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled in a timely manner
Ensure well control equipment is installed and tested according to the well control policy
Plan and supervise all non-routine operations
Responsible for overall maintenance and planning when required
Inspection of drilling equipment upon arrival to yard, during and after installation on the rig
Ensure the drilling equipment upon installation is in compliance with functional and operational requirements, proper workmanship and compliance with Rules, Regulations and Standards as applicable for the project
Follow-up and report status on operational issues and actions within the project
Review and Development of commissioning procedures and final integration test procedures
Participate in FAT's, commissioning tests and final integration tests related to drilling equipment
Review and development of operational procedures, Drilling Operations Manual and Well Control Manual
Assist in establishing and execute all necessary operational training in connection with the project for the drilling crew expats and locals
Your Background:
Applicants must have at least 4 years' experience as Senior Toolpusher with high-tech drilling technology and have a valid IWCF approved well control certificate. Up-to-date safety training required.
Other required skills:
- Experience with Jack-Up rigs
- Conversant with quality management principles
- Conversant with environmental management principles
- Proficient in safety management principles
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
