Job Description:
A Commercial Finance Analyst role has become available to work with our leading oil and gas industry client company
Job purpose:
The Commercial Analyst shall provide Order Management and or Internal Billing duties within the Commercial Department
Duties may be alternated or integrated between Commercial analysts within the department to meet the needs of the business or facilitate diversity in activity.
Furthermore the Commercial Analyst shall provide administrative and analytical support to the Commercial Manager or the Asset Delivery department as directed by the Commercial Manager.

Order Management Duties
Coordination and processing of internal commercial proposals and maintenance of the proposal register
Preparation and processing of Recap sheets and maintain data accurately
Coordinate and distribute all commercial enquiries in the commercial mailbox
Proactively prompt Projects for Internal Orders using the Asset Corporate Schedule
Processing and checking of internal orders against published /offered rates and terms and conditions
Process requests for access to commercial information and maintain records

Billing Duties
Accurately track vessel daily activity
Prepare accurate billings for vessels, equipment load-outs, lump sum travel and others as may be required in future.
Validate billings against internal orders and the Asset Corporate Schedule
Maintain ComDB in a timely and efficient manner: including vessel activity, vessel accounts, vessel billings and travel processing sections
Resolution of vessel, load-out and lump sum travel invoice disputes and maintenance of the dispute register in a timely manner
Preparation of weekly Asset Delivery Operational report

Common Duties
Preparation of statistical data and KPIs
Assist with the development and maintenance of commercial systems, processes and procedures
Provide cover for other Commercial Analysts during absences
Perform ad-hoc commercial analysis
Proactively engage with QHSES initiatives and requirements
Provide support to the Commercial Manager as required
