About this job

The GaugePro XPR Hole Enlargement Champion will assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies for the South East Asia Drill Bits and Gauge Pro product line to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities / accountabilities
* Sells products and services to new and existing customers
* Support sales team with technical and financial data
* Inventory management: plan, order and job assignment
* Coordinate product requirements and timing with repair facility
* Liaise with worldwide operations & sales teams
* Develops and maintains sales strategies to increase sales and profits
* Builds strong customer relationships
* Responsible for training customers
* Handles special projects as assigned
* Instrumental in developing cross-divisional sales opportunities

Preferred qualification / requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* At least 5 years of experience in oil and gas account management
* On/Offshore drilling experience is a plus
* Excellent selling skills (moved this up the list)
* Excellent communication skills
* Basic knowledge of presentation skills and negotiation skills
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Technical knowledge of drill bit products/services, application to customer requirements, and the competitive market
* Fundamental understanding of BHA design, application and vibration management
* Knowledge and experience with computer software (Microsoft Office Suite)
