Rosetta Resources is an independent oil and gas company based in Houston, Texas engaged in the exploration, development and exploitation of onshore energy resources in the United States of America. Our largest producing area is located in the Eagle Ford shale in South Texas and we hold a large exploratory position in the Southern Alberta Basin in northwest Montana.

Nearly half of our production was comprised of crude oil, condensate and natural gas liquids.

As we move forward, our growth-oriented strategy is focused on the following catalysts for future growth:

Develop our inventory and optimize resource recovery in the Gates Ranch area of the Eagle Ford shale while securing access to multiple markets and transportation and processing providers.

Test our acreage in other areas of the Eagle Ford shale that lie in the liquids-rich area of the play.

Evaluate our large acreage position in the Southern Alberta Basin.
