Blake International USA Rigs, LLC was formed May 23, 2008 by acquiring the self-erecting offshore platform drilling and work-over units of Pride International, Inc. (Known formerly as Pride Offshore Inc.). In addition to the rigs, we acquired highly skilled and experienced rig crews and office personnel that maintain a high quality of work ethics. We are the only remaining privately-held offshore platform rig provider in the United States. Blake currently maintains operations both the US Gulf of Mexico as well as in Mexico with PEMEX.
