Search for plans filed with the US Minerals Management Service (MMS) using the options below. Date Range is required but other fields are optional.

Plans - A plan contains information on how an operator intends to develop a lease. Plans are classifed as Exploratory (EP) and Development (DOCD). Plans are submitted well in advance of the actual drilling activity. A Plan will always be filed before any corresponding Permits.
