- How do I become an affiliate?
Click the "Sign Up Now!" link or simply click here. Fill out the short new affiliate registration form and you will be automatically added to the program.
- Who qualifies to become a Rigzone affiliate?
To qualify to become a Rigzone affiliate you must have a website related to the oil and gas industry. That's about all there is to it.
- What commission do I earn?
Your commission is based on the product being sold. When one of your website visitors clicks over to Rigzone and makes a purchase in the Store, you receive a 5% commission on all Store items sold in that order. When a resume is purchased in the Career Center you receive 10% of the total resume purchase.
- How do I log in?
From the affiliate homepage enter your login name and password in the "affiliate login" box in the top right corner of your screen or click the "log in" link in the left hand navigation box below the title Affiliates. You choose your affiliate login name and password when you create your account.
- How much can I earn?
There is no cap to your earnings - they are essentially unlimited. You earn a commission on sales from visitors who click over from your site and make a purchase on Rigzone. Individual resumes sell for $20 (you receive 10% or resume purchases), but most resumes are purchased in groups. Store products range from a few dollars to several thousand dollars with many orders averaging well over $100. As you can see, your earnings can be quite large with the large transaction amounts that are common with Rigzone.
- How do I know how much I have earned?
Log in to your affiliate page on Rigzone at any time. Your affiliate page features a real-time report with your earnings for the month, earnings to date, and total payments made.
- When do I get paid?
You are paid once a month for any month in which your total earnings are at least $25. If your earnings do not total $25 or more, they are held over to the following month until they equal $25 or more.
- How do I get paid?
You will be paid by check once a month when your account balance meets or exceeds $25. The check will be sent to the address you specify when you join the Program.
- How do I link to the Rigzone web site?
Linking to Rigzone is easy. Through your personal affiliate center you have access to a variety of prepared links, buttons, and code. Simply choose the links that you would like to implement on your site, copy the code provided, and paste it into your site.
- Will you help me build my web site and/or place this code in my site?
It is your responsibility to place the proper affiliate code on your site. Since Rigzone is not involved in the development, maintenance, or hosting or your site, we cannot perform the placement for you. However, it is a simple process that requires minimal HTML skills.
